Super nice manager. Good experience. Building is a bit on the old side, but good fast service. Back enclosed room good for families.
Very clean (really clean restroom, especially being a rest stop right off the highway) with a nice & friendly staff.
I ordered a coffee thru the drive-thru. When I asked about the seasonal macchiato, I wasn't sure how to interpret the description. I had to park to go inside to use the restroom. The handicap restroom was disgusting so I had to use one of the other two restrooms which were in good shape.
At our visit. They were not able to provide any meals with meat (broken freezer maybe). There was an out of order toilet in the men's room. And their registers didn t accept credit cards. I'm sure this was just a bad day for them, but It would have been worth driving to the next location. The service couldn't seem to cope well with their hardship. Clean otherwise.
My husband and I visited the drive thru on our way to work today and ordered one value meal, a sweet tea, and a daily double. We got down the road before realizing I was missing my french fries and he got a coke instead of a sweet tea. So, we turned around and went inside to let them know. The cashier told us to dump the coke and get the sweet tea ourselves, which was fine, but the tea container was empty. The manager looked at my receipt and said that they didn’t charge me for the french fries, they just rang up the chicken tenders and drink separately. She offered to refund the money to my card and then charge me properly for the meal (which would be more) instead of just giving me the fries for my trouble. I told her to forget it and we just left without the fries or the tea. Horrible customer service. Whenever you think they can’t screw up such a small order, think again.
